For a 400L FOT, what kind of power head should I buy? That is, in terms of litres per hour? Any recommended brand name? I want to spend less than $500 for the power head. Is it possible?

This power head is used to drive the water back from the sump to the tank.

With 400L water tank, what type of power head should I buy? Is 3000LH good enough? Thanks.

It is usually quoted that at least 7 times the total water volumn should be sufficient. In your case 400 x 7 = 2800 l/h or more should be o.k.
