Posted by: yahoohk Posted on: 2003-06-19 14:11 For a 400L FOT, what kind of power head should I buy? That is, in terms of litres per hour? Any recommended brand name? I want to spend less than $500 for the power head. Is it possible? This power head is used to drive the water back from the sump to the tank. Thanks in advance for your advice. | |

Posted by: LC Posted on: 2003-06-19 20:21 It is usually quoted that at least 7 times the total water volumn should be sufficient. In your case 400 x 7 = 2800 l/h or more should be o.k. | |
