生鏽鐵粉 sounds like it is Heavy Metal to me. It is true that 生鏽鐵粉 contains Iron Oxide, which is not toxic to Leather (皮革) and will absorb PO4, but just don't take the risk as it may contains Iron (Not Iron Oxide) or other Heavy Metal which is toxic to all marine life!!!
PO4 absorbers recommended here are "Rowaphos" and "PHOsAR", both contains Iron Oxide (Not Heavy Metal) and they will NOT release PO4 back to the water. However they can and will become saturated and will no longer remove PO4. For this reason I replace all chemical media every 30 days no matter what! That gaurantees optimum performance. Test kits can offer false readings also, so change every 30 days to be safe.
Also remember that, as I have post before, Phosgard uses Aluminum Oxide for absorbing PO4, however, Aluminum Oxide is toxic to Leather, so just don't use it!!!
