InWatter Lighting units are built specifically for serious aquarists who demanded the very best for their aquarium. We designed our fixtures from the ground up, with only our users in mind. Through tireless effort, we are confident that we have achieved the right combination of lighting intensity, coloration and controllability that exceed the capabilities of conventional lighting.

LED emitters are the heart of any LED fixture, we choose the most technological advance products (XPG and XPE) from CREE for efficiency and longevity. Our reef model uses FOUR types of LED to achieve ultimate corals fluorescence and color combination.

除了LED, 鋁基板設計也很重要的

Our LEDs are mounted on custom Metal Core PCBs that are designed specifically for the product. The PCBs are made of anodized aluminum with gold plated surface to ensure fast removal of heat. The LED panels are removable for servicing and for future customization.

Time for another update…

We use 55 degree optics for the Singray model to achieve a good balance of spread and light penetration. However, the optics are removable for future customization. The lens are made of optical grade polycarbonates and can withstand temperature as high as 120oC.

Although CREE XPG/XPE can tolerate up to 150C, we try to keep things nice and cool. Heat not only shortens the LEDs’ lifespan, it also reduces their efficiency. For Stingray, we use one fan for each LED panel. All of our fans are rated at IP54 rated to enable them to survive in the dusty and wet environment.

雖然美國 CREE XPG/XPE可以容忍高達 150℃，我們盡量保持燈具涼爽。熱不但縮短了LED的壽命，也降低了他們的效率。在Stingray產品，我們每塊LED板會使用一個風扇。風扇也是IP54等級，使它們能夠在一個佈滿灰塵和潮濕的環境工作。

Let’s see some curve.

At InWatter, we worked very hard to make sure our products not only worked well but looks good in your living room. The case is carved from a single piece of aluminum. It is then sandblasted and anodized to give its nice, silky smooth finish.

Each Stingray is equipped with a small microcontroller. This mighty little brain is responsible for analyzing temperature, controlling time and providing Smart PWM Dimming. Comparing to typical PWM system, InWatter Smart PWM Dimming provides finer control of power level, resulting in a closer representation of sunlight.

每個Stingray配備了一個小型microcontroller，能夠分析溫度，控制時間，並提供智能PWM調光。比較典型的PWM系統，InWatter的智能PWM更能控制電流的水平，令光線更接近陽光。

Total Control

Stingray provides separate timer control for White, Blue and Moon Light. There is also sunrise/sunset mode to reduce stress to fish during light on/off. Fine dimming control is available for white and blue light. This allows users to adjust the color temperature according to their preferences.

Stingray提供獨立的白色，藍色和月亮時間控制器。白光和藍光更提供日出/日落模式，減少魚在燈開關時的驚嚇。白光和藍光有獨立調光控制，使用戶能根據自己的喜好調節色溫。

You have the freedom to mount the fixture either using our tailor-made stand or from the ceiling using our hanger kit. Of course, both options are included in the package.

We will be launching our site in less than 24 hours. Understand that some 師兄likes to see the performance of the light. Therefore, for the last day prior to opening, we choose to include some PAR (Photosynthetically active radiation) data. The data are captured from a 2 ft Stingray using Apogee Light Meter in air.
