How 's your 雞心吊? Fully recovered yet? My powder tang is fully recovered and now it past for one month and hope it can pass three month 大關!!

My live rock should be ok. SInce the red colour in Nikon's DC always over too much.

Hi LC,

sorry to reply so late. My tank just opened for 4 months only and i am just a beginner for saltwater fish. Let us share my experience and hopefully it will help others and improve my knowledge too. From the past 4 months, i also suffered fish diseases. I tired several medicine such as fresh garlic, yellow powder, Kent RxP, white powder. But i didn't try to use TDC and copper, since i have some shrimps and live rocks.

For yellow powder around $10, i took out the fish and put yellow powder bath. I think for the medicine bath, the water temperature and the pH should be very similar to main tank. SInce the fishes will suffer high pressure by doing that, and it should take extra care.
For Kent RxP aroudn $70, it is quite a mild medicine, and the effect is not obvious. It can help to slow down the bomb of white spot. But after a week, my powder blue tang still have a few white spots.
And for the white powder $60 , i got it from Amazon. I put it directly into tank and did not feed for 4 days and also need to add large amount of PSB. The result is quite good. My powder blue tang recoverd after that. I don't know what is the content of the white powder but the boss said it is reef safe.
I also used fresh garlic $2 for three whole garlic. From my friend and my experience, it is quite good. But i think it is good for diseases at early stage.

My tank is 40" PML , two Atman canister filters, a UV light, and one H&S skimmer.

我最近買了部canon-30,但試來試去都沒有你地D相這麼sharp什麼原因呢?

因我是初哥什麼(P、M、TV、AV)到現在還未清楚用什麼組合

i don't know why my water is quite yellow. I changed water more frequency and more quantity but still the same. Anyone help?

I think most of the problems for DC is the F is not large enough and the focus time is also not too fast. Therefore i can only take good photo for a slow motion creatures. If using flash light, the colour of the fish is not nature. However the advantage for using DC is u can take a thousand of photos and select some good shots. U can save a lot for develop the film.
