Can you post up a photo of your queen? The head hole of my queen has probably recovered already. It is the disfiguring "scars" of the head hole that cannot restore to the original shape of the fish. I think the head hole of my queen is infective in origin that can be transmitted to other fish in the tank. My Passer and the Sohal Tang developed head hole after the introduction of the infected queen into the display tank. Both of them recovered after I fed them with antibiotics.
