最後是可憐的太后：11個月，由3吋養至4吋，頭洞的疤痕不能完全康複，魚鰭被最惡的藍吊長期咬爛，不能生長。

I find my Queen has 頭洞 too. Why your queen's 頭洞的疤痕不能完全康複? Shall it be the same as mine?

Can you post up a photo of your queen?
The head hole of my queen has probably recovered already. It is the disfiguring "scars" of the head hole that cannot restore to the original shape of the fish. I think the head hole of my queen is infective in origin that can be transmitted to other fish in the tank. My Passer and the Sohal Tang developed head hole after the introduction of the infected queen into the display tank. Both of them recovered after I fed them with antibiotics.
