Buffer is a kind of chemical that can increase the capacity of tank water to resist drop in pH, e.g. Kent Marine Superbuffer-dKH ($35). Buffer has no Chinese translation but ?緩沖劑 is appropriate.
I think air pump is not more useful than your two powerheads in increasing air circulation and therefore pH as well.
