I only feed fish once everyday , using frozon food with Selcon(sometimes) .
For Coral , I do not feed them at all(too lazy) . I just periodically scrap off the algae on the side of the tank and also every week I artificially create 'debitrus storm' at the bottom of the tank .

As I mentioned my tank is getting crowed that one of the sps sting the leather coral last night and I need to broken off part of the sps (green staghorn) immediately .
