To Paulus & Ernest,
Thank you very much for your appreciation and support on my products. i am really very busy during the last few days ..so the delay here. I am currently offering phytoplankton, rotifers and newly hatched brine shrimps. In Mongkok, only 凱旋 and 海域 carry my products . Other shops in Hong Kong and other areas are Aquatech, 中興, 海底城, 海龍, 漢記, 元朗長毛, 葵興 etc.. When i first introduce the products 14 months ago, the other big 'Boys' denied to sell my products because of reasons like competition of thier own imported products or simply because of commercial concerns.
As on shelf life, i will collect back the products from shops before the 'better before' date on the packing. However, as i am not always available, so ....many..many sorry ... sometimes the delivery might be delayed. The products, especially baby brine shrimps, can't do well in sealed packing for long time ..so it is better to store them in refrigerator. Also, as they are all living cells, there is no way to treat them like other processed products to prolong their shelf life and it would be unfair to users, who are looking for live foods. DT's way is the only alternative, but the price would be high (u can check out on the price of DT's in local FS) and the most important issue reamins at retailer and storage, that why i prefer the 'change the products
with dates on packing' method.
