Sorry Sorry! 忘記了你2件都係非洲野，8舊真係好肉痛！剪裙邊可能得wor，我上次買左件非洲裙邊，2個星期左右已經生腳！除左剪裙邊，你又冇cut左d爛肉？可能有用，不過自己未試過。
非洲野2間珊瑚樓上舖都有機會有，不過綠色就少見d，見到立即話你知！

今日睇3粒裙邊，有一粒可能有chance。我有cut左d爛肉，一爛d就剪，其中2粒相信唔得啦。個人經驗，如果一發現溶腳，就一定要當機立斷將成隻腳連肉心剪走，只留下裙邊；因為佢溶嘅速度實在驚人，24小時內會成隻脚溶晒及一直溶入肉心，到時就會變成爛肉。我第一隻就係慢手咗少少而成隻溶哂。

小弟有一問題, 小弟的實驗缸20"13"18"已養水一個月, 有四條魚, 昨天水質結果如下
NH3/4=0, NO2=0, NO3=0, PH=7.9

是什麼原因nh3/4,no2,no3都是0,但ph就偏酸呢?現在小弟是不是用buffer把ph升至8.1至8.3就可以呢?或我要注意其他什麼?

影响ph偏酸的直接因素係kh，no2 no3 係唔會直接影响ph的。𠵱家只要用buffer把ph升到8.1至8.3并保持ph係8.1或以上，同時要增加碳酸鈣硬度(kh)就得了。無其它嘢要做。

I am a new hand . 3 weeks tank . 60*40*30~ 70 L water

Fishes: most of them 1 inch:- 1 tomato, 3 Clown, 2 yellow tail blue devil, 1 shrimp, 1 bluet ang and 1 yellow tang(largest one =2 inches)

After reading this page, I am a bit worry .

Seem OK now

Any advise for me?

Equipment: UGF power head, 2012 Skimmer, Cyber Aqua Filter, air pump

Live rock thrown away one night when I saw them turning white

grass(seems ok)

NH=0?(white), NO2=0(green+yellow), No3=OK( milky white), PH =8.4( blue)

RT，好難講，視符你仲會養D乜啦！不過養葵都唔適宜落藥羅。

需要多少生物石，沒有一定準則

命裡有時終須有；命裡無時莫強求

都係RT呱，呢個係無乜准則的，就好似"36"16"24" 需要多小生物石?"，有的人仲意多哋，可以擺到好似假山，有园景。有哋人就仲意少哋石頭，畀哋魚有足够的空間。

多謝Dickson兄及改進中的小丑魚兄賜教，小弟現打算放大約15-20磅生物石進入魚缸作為山景。小弟亦打算採用姚俊兄之加入化nh3/4， no2，no3 細菌方法去加快n-cycle。

魚缸整理後, 小弟將會post 相給大家look look. 謝謝!

your data look like ok . but some worry that so fast u have so many fish.
anyhow your fish still look good than just every 2days check your water NH3 / NO2 / no3 lor .
anything wrong immediately post and ask for member advise lor

do u know your tank had complete N-cycle or not ??

so far it is still Ok and check the water condition every 2 to 3 days.

Change 20% water every 2 weeks/ 10% every week.
I suppose the N-cycle finished after the first 2 weeks as the water checking result showed that it is completed. I suppose at this stage what I should do is to keep the stability.

I added fish just 2 by 2 and will not add anymore for the time being.

basicaly if nothing wrong just keep an eye on it only lor.
if nothing wrong i won't do anything to disturb my tank status.
just give some time for your tank to get mature only lar.

personaly i did not keep many fish at my tank. therefore i have no idea that your tank still can add fish or not. 70L water but already 8 fish.
for me will consider it is full tank already

anyhow when add fish pls give some time for tank bacterial to do adjustment.personaly i add fish 1~2 week once

hope others member can give advise

Clownfish,

I also consider it is the limit and a bit worry if the fishes grow . Just learn to handle any problem when pop up

and is now planning a big tank and plan to start one two years later
that is why I keep on collecyong more data and information as well as practice it

big tank or small tank r never mind. importance is you can keep the fish heathy , happy than is a nice tank lar

PS : from photo your fish look like all near to top of the water level. is it always doing like this ??
if always on top do worry something wrong .

Clownfish,

just happen they are on the top. Most of the time, the Mos are on the top looking for food, see the tomato always hiding under the grass, blue tang and yellow tang swimming near the middle, blue devil going there and here attcking other fishes. the other blue devil hiding inside the grass as the other blue devil don't let it out.

any idea to make my tank better looking???
