My tank is 200L with sump, the chiller turn on 2 hours and stop 2 hours . I set the temperature to 26 degree stop and 28 degree start , the room temperature is 30 degree.

I am not happy with its performance , may be it is too hot. Any idea to make the performance better.

FYI , i am using a 800 L pump for the chiller.

部水冷要有足夠空間散熱, 最好放在窗台或露台.或室外.

It should be OK, I put it in the toilet with 抽氣,散熱 should not be a problem

no, they didn't said. i'm also afraid of the quality. what i can do is test before paid. However, they said it is RMB$200 cheaper than 1 week before.
