呢個係IE既exe檔,係用呢開IE用,照我睇,如果唔可以fix,唯一辦法就係重新install WINDOWS disapprove

從你第二張相睇,你個exploer.exe個file已經比 norton anti-virus隔離左,所以用唔到

Just delete the file from Norton. It is not a problem.

所有windows 都可以用個prtsc呢個冇乜用既key去將你成個desktop copy入memory. 戈後你是旦開一個軟件如photoshop之後new一個檔再paste佢出黎就得..

提一提... 如果只係想copy 最項果個 active windows就可以用alt-prtsc.

The files, EXPLORER.EXE, has been quarantined by Norton, and you PC is running properly. Remove the file from "Quarantined Item" of NAV will not cause problem.

After that, if the NAV find the same problem again (like pic 1 you posted), then there is virus from other place in your PC makes this file. You may want to scan your PC completely, not only by NAV but other program. FYI, McAfee and TrendMicro provide online virus check for your PC.

In my computer, running Windows XP, I do not find "EXPLORER.EXE' in C:\Windows\System32.
