想請問各位見過最小型的濾桶有幾細,乜牌子,幾多银?我想買個給个12"缸仔用,要內付泵放在地下那種...麻煩各位介紹下....Thx

i use it for my small tank

use 1 501, before but just add another

any big brother using it? I have questions on it

My Tank 18" use 1x eden 501 for 養菌 only.

brother qm6d,

the eden 501 come with a blue sponge in the water out chamber. why so special? Cos most filter have sponge to filter water before water go to bio-ring.

Do you use it?

The blue sponge can filter dirty thing from water, if most dirty thing direct to the bio-ring, The bio-ring's very small hole will be block.
The very small hole can store many bacterial to disolve no2.

i can understand the fuction of the blue sponge.

But if i didn't make mistake, the water first go through the bio-ring, then go to the sponge, NOT 1st sponge, then bio-ring.

Is it the same for you?

My setting is first goto sponge than goto bio-ring.

If goto bio-ring first, some dirty thing will block the bio-ring's very very small hole.

On the bio-ring sucface is fully of very very small hole, these hole will give a place for bacterial gown.

If hole is blocked, bacterial will lost there gown's place. the bio-ring will lost there fuction.
