妳的魚缸有珊瑚，不適合落藥。
不如暫時唔好加新魚，每日換10~20%的水，一星期後再一次過換50%水再加炭。（可能要加蜂皇漿）
妳形容似是virus和體內感染，但照片上就唔多覺。請Check下amonia level。
