After changing the water in my tank last weekend, I noticed that the water level inside my protein skimmer is not high enough such that bubbles will come out at the top of the cup. No matter how I adjust the height of the protein skimmer inside my tank, the problem remains the same. I didn't have this problem before I changed the water. Do you know why? Is it normal? Appreciate if you could give my your advice.
