Protein Skimmer for UGF

于 2003-12-01 17:41        Hi, I have a 30x15x20 FOT with a UGF. I'm now considering to buy a new protein skimmer as my old one is not very effective. I have shortlisted two protein skimmers. One is named "Priz Skimmer" by Red Sea which costs around $650. Another one is called "Tube" made in Germany and it costs around $750 for the cheapest model. Could you please advise which one is better? Also, for the size of my tank, do you think it's necessary to have an air pump placed in my UGF to provide oxygen for my fishes? Many thanks for your advice.
