It is exactly what is using in 日新 chiller, but of course the horse power may be different. You can find it in many air-conditioning store, like 英光. That part called "Condensing Unit".
However, you need many tools to build the chiller:
1) If welding required, flush the tubing with dry nitrogen gas is recommend. This prevent oxidization at welding joint, and remove moisture which will react with refrigerant to become acidic.
2) You need a vacuum pump to evacuate the system after the condensing unit is connected to Titanium heat exchanger (鈦炮). This remove all air (nitrogen) in the tubing, and further remove moisture.
3) You need a charge meter to check the vacuum level, test leak (both under vacuum and under pressure) and filling of refrigerant.
4) You may need a clamp type meter to check the running current of the compressor. This can be used as a guidance for filling refrigerant.
5) Of course, you need refrigerant.
If you do not have those tools, especially vacuum pump which is expensive, you may consider to find local air-conditioning store to do the job for you.
