Hi clownfish, That seems to be bacterial infection, of which the one that you have and certain types of toadstool leather are susceptible. Try diluted iodine dip as instructed everywhere on the web. Many have found that work. Or, you may try antibiotic dip several times with the leather coral treated in a separate container. However, being friendly to all living things on earth, mix the leftover antibiotic with a strong base such as full strength household chloride bleach before disposing the used medium used.
