I believe Regal is not easy to keep especially your tank is not so stable right now.
Currently, I 'm also doing the fresh water path for my Asfur . Touch wood, so far so good. I suggest you not to add fish anymore recently, or if you really want to buy fish like angel. You're better choosing some tough ones like French or purple moon.
Actually, I'm also not an expert, I keep marine fishes for just more than a year only, but for keeping marine fish, first thing you should know is whether the fish is easily to keep or not.
