I think that the problem is mainly due to the design of this brand of chiller. I have once bought a 2nd hand Sfiligoi Flite. The heat exchanger of this brand of chiller is plastic cup wired with cooling coil. The contact between the heat and water is too short for lowering water tempature. As per information from some other fish friend, the different between Flite and Super Flite is an extra heat exchanger cup for Super Flite. This design is extremely inefficient and I don't recommend this brand of chiller.
