I would like to setup a new tank (from Canister Filter to "Dick Lau" System). . My target tank size is 40"W x 16"D x 24"H. I have some questions and hope any of you can give me an answer for the following questions:-

1. How much for the tank + sump tank + needed sump pump + Bio-ball
2. Installation cost included? or need to setup by myself?
3. Can I use Prizm Skimmer for this tank? I will use sand bottle, no UGF. Just a thin layer of sand only.
4. Should I need to upgrade my current 11W UV light?
5. Which lighting system recommended (brand & model)? This is a FOT and no need any special lighting. Perfer to use "chopstick tube flourscent tube". I believe it is most bright than the normal flourscent tube.
6. FS Shopkeeper told me that 1 sump pump can operate the whole "Dick Lau System" Is it right?
