 Dear K K, 
  
 I have visited your website again at yesterday night, and feel sorry to 
 affect the harmony of your member relation. 
  
 As mentioned before during our conversation, our major customers in Hong 
 Kong using these T5HO lamps are the Advertising Light Panel manufacturers 
 and Advertising Company. 
  
 Certainly, we are the commercial company in Hong Kong.  But my comment does 
 not mean to get more business from your member group.  Otherwise I will not 
 advise you the details listing of the registered electronic ballasts at the 
 Government Department.  The list is showing all our competitors name and 
 product models. 
  
 On the other hand, I would like to response the comment from HWL that he 
 mentioned he had the bad experience that using European made lighting 
 fixture but burnt out in few month. 
 1.  Is the fixture designed for waterproof / Moisture proof 
 enclosure/casing?  For the Aqurium shop, the moisture content should be 
 higher than other area.  Especially the water splash caused by the bubbles 
 from the air-pump.  The moisture will cause the short circuit of the 
 electronic circuit board and failure. 
  
 2.  For a lighting fixture with 6 set 5ft long T5HO lamp, the insufficient 
 cooling/heat ventilation will cause the overheat of the system.  Finally, 
 the ballast and the lamp will burn out.  So it is a very important to 
 consider of the design of the fixture and for which kind of environment and 
 application. 
  
 Sorry again that some of points might be too technical and not easy for 
 understand. 
  
 I just hope that you can put this message to your website and not let the 
 member having the wrong impression of our company. 
  
 Anyway, please come back to me if you still need the details of the OSRAM 
 authorized dealer contact details.
