有甚麼方法用雞蛋抄飯抄出黎見唔到蛋而d飯會係黃色呢?

睇公仔書話先將蛋汁加在飯中,然後倒掉多餘的蛋汁,然後拿去抄。

因為炒飯最好用冷飯黎炒,d飯係凍的......如果好似你咁炒......
d蛋汁會熟過頭.....d飯會"鞋"d架.......顏色都可能會因此無咁鮮色......:P:P
其實如果用蛋炒飯蛋要"發""暈".......飯同其他材料都炒好.......
當最後差不多上碟時加入蛋汁........
好快咁"兜""暈"佢.........就可以了......:^):^)
出黎會鮮黃色....d飯唔會"鞋" ;);)[/color]

剛剛已將蛋汁溝飯用隔西隔起,明天就會有結果

以前晌外國讀書時做廚房,炒飯黃色係因為加黃粉,天然野,阿差用既香料

你撈蛋汁,嘿嘿嘿,炒出黎唔該影幅相我望下,蛋汁照計有黏性,你應該會炒出一個飯團。炒飯落蛋,一定要高溫先落蛋,等蛋差唔都熟,再落冷飯狂炒。

我前後有三個女友都係香港人,全部只識食,乜差都唔識煮。我都想返大陸溝女

咸水Kok ,方法正確,炒飯落蛋先,一定要高溫先落蛋,等蛋差唔都熟(低熟,上未熟),再落冷飯狂炒,之後先加色.......好味:P

今朝試過....炒出黎的確見唔倒蛋,但就不是黃色的,可能要用慢火炒,我有朋友個朋友炒過,不是加色水,用乾瑤處就炒出一度黃金炒飯,食到唔停得口,不過同佢唔係咁熟,費事問上問:P
