If your fishes are in good condition and get no disease, they would like to eat or try any food that you feed once they accustom to the new environment. What you can do now is to keep the readings/parameters in your tank stably. 40~60% of my new fishes did not open their mouth and died. However, I've an experience that a new fish started its first meal about 15days that I introduced it (I had not change the food that I fed), and it is living very well now. Posted by: LP Posted on: 2003-01-20 17:57 Thanks for your reply. I have changed 10% water last night. And NO2 =0 and No3 is okay. PH = 8.3 All the parameters seems ok. I think i should put them in a separate side and make them open mouth befor put them free into the main tank. Hope they can open mouth soon~~ any suggestions for the food i can try? | |
