Posted by: SimFish Posted on: 2002-12-28 00:06 sea apple is an beautiful creature. however it is an time bomb which no one knows when it will explode. i had one before in reef tank. i also read the article by Mr Fenner and i felt very uncomfortable cos i always feared that my tank's would be totally lost due to some unexpected reason that affect this beautiful cucumber. i gave it to a FS and changed for two clownfish. i thought if anything makes you uncomfortable anyhow, you'd better leave it under the sea. of course, some ppl have the experience to keep a sea apple heathly for long time. it's up to you and make sure that your tank water and envornment is always good for the apple. Especially take care of the water outlet where it is the easiest trap for a slow moving creature. good luck! | |
