我發現在個缸有蟲好耐,今次第一次捉到,都有好幾條,條條都長過10吋.駛唔駛捉晒佢地呀.佢地係咩蟲,有冇害?

I think it's sand worm, it's harmless to your tank. I saw one in my tank inside the live rock before, I just ignore it.
In addition, sand worm is good for fishing!
