I've scanned through this forum for times and know that PL lamps (white and blue tubes) c/w electronic ballasts will be a good option for me. I would like to know if there has been such fixtures (i.e. PL lamps + electronic ballasts) avaibale in the market. Or is it a must to DIY? Thanks. | |
