話說日前經過西貢碼頭
貪得意行去d舢舨睇下有乜海鮮賣

一睇之下~~~~~竟然發現到一條日本吊在船上被出售(原來香港水域竟然有此魚)
咁我諗住八下咩價錢la...........一問次下~~~~

大家估下一條約一尺兩吋長的日本吊賣幾錢??

完來只需廿蚊~~~~
大家下買魚不妨去西頁看看la......haha

家住南區，街市曾發現…

波紋吊 (10 inch")
樹蝠 ( 1 斤)
紅番王 ，街市叫紅雞( 1 斤 up)
飛機，街市叫假細鱗 ( 1 斤 up)
獨角吊 (12 inch" up)
關刀，神像，白尾藍紋，朱古力…種類繁多，不能盡錄。

其實我也懷疑FS的XX館也從街市進貨，因size太似了:?)

香港水域可能有法仙麼 ?
養海水魚最好買多個quarantine tank. 咁就可以係西貢買平魚來試.

it's called Naso Tang

In Hawaii Naso is a food fish.

Is this Naso tang ?
Actually I understand that Naso has two types, one is similar to that shown in picture, but the other one has bright orange color at the top.
Naso is very difficult to get close. Although I have seen them few times, but often distant apart.

Very interesting to have seen this juv Naso. Juv fish of any kind of fish is usually difficult to see as they don't often come out in open

Friends

HK見到的珊瑚魚大部分從抇捍群島捉來。它們大部分都是黑潮帶來，並非如西貢的般係長期居民8D。so, 我多數在summer見到佢地…

attaching photo took today. the 白尾look fine and quite active. Who willing to buy this fish, can go to Ap Lei Chau Main Street Urban Council Market to have a look on this。 or i can post such updated information on 魚市行情:D:D:D:D:D

Pacific Ocean : 叫日本吊
Indian Ocean : 叫金毛吊 (now available in 樂油X)

A large Naso like the one in your pic is US$56,
and Blonde Naso (gold shoulder) costs more!

That Blue Ring or White Tail (Annularis) could
easily fetch for US$100 if I buy from local fs.

If I was in HK I surely would make a trip to the market
to buy and save the poor Annularis to bring it home.

the白尾藍紋已失蹤，maybe俾人食左or有其它人看見這個post買了下來。anyway, 下次我會buy it on your behalf if the price is below ($)30, okay?跟住上chat room話俾大家知，Coz' 我怕這裡有spy of fish streetxx( xx(我 hope this Saturday會有好野番啦。
Today, 雖然無白尾藍紋，但見到有斜紋鰈and unknown 倒吊 ，may be juv. of acanthurus nigrofuscus?????But the condition quite poor:(:(仲有我係reef tank, so my Q-tank only 12" width，如果太大條就不會幫你買lu。

U'r right, i never heard anyone call juv.日本吊 造金毛吊 before. May be similar to juv.藍紋, adult叫高蘭or北斗。

Perhaps I mentioned before, I bought two 4" fox face tangs in a fish store in North Point long time ago for HK$ 5 each. But they didn't eat so I returned them to sea.

I have seen 4" Bluering angelfish in a sea food restaurant. The boss offered it to me for $50.

The thing is, I always check seafood tanks of restaurants and find an interesting in taking pictures as well. This is a local hawkfish.

嘩！黃化荔枝鷹。8D。

多數吊and butterfly in poor condition at local fish market, however, angelfish is much better and worth for bet if u got q-tank。
