希望個人的一次白點 醫治記錄可以比大家作為個參考 :P
藥物 : copramine . " seachem " 產品
千奇不可
1)混合其他藥物使用.有可能使其毒牲增強 .
" Do not combine any Seachem or other medications without knowing that the specific combination is not toxic. Combinations of medications, as with humans, can often be toxic in the aquarium: e.g., combining aldehyde medications with copper medications can increase toxicity of the copper tremendously. The safest bet is not to combine medications at all."

Q: I've been dosing with Cupramine[$#8482] and then I added Product X and everything died. What happened?
A: If Product X is a reducing agent such as ParaGuard[$#8482] (or other aldehyde based medications), or if you overdose with a dechlorinator, such as Prime[$#8482] then the Cu+2 will be reduced to Cu+. Cu+ is 10 times more toxic than Cu+2.

2)不可使用UV ,

使用份量
第一日 ,每 40 L 落 1 ml .
第三日 ,每 40 L 再落 1 ml .( 基本上從第二劑藥起 , 水中銅含量應保持在0.5 ppm )

醫治方法 : copramine + Hypo (1.010 )
第一日 , 在20L 膠缸醫治.100% 新開鹽水 1.010 . copramine 0.5ml >>0.25ppm
第二日 ,冇改善 .100% 換水, 0.25 ppm + 1.010.
第三日 ,細白點 減少50% .換去40L 缸.100%新開鹽水 .保持0.25ppm 銅.
第四日 ,細白點 減少80% . 換水50% .1.010 + 0.375 ppm 銅 .( 第二劑落藥份量減半).
第5日 ,冇白點 .換水50% .1.010 + 0.25 ppm 銅 ( 從療程第一日 開始 , 籃面停口 ,即然冇白點 ,所以藥份量開始減少).
第6日 ,冇白點 .換水50% .1.010 + 0.25 ppm 銅
第7日 ,冇白點 .換水50% .1.010 + 0.125 ppm 銅 (藥份再減少).
第8日 ,照計應該keep 多几日,確定唔會再有白點先至完成療程,但是同時醫治d小丑似平唔掂了.只好結束.1x籃面 , 1x人字蝶 ,3x 小丑 全部返FOT .

唔記得講 , FOT 都行緊1.010 .之后每日升0.001~0.002 直至1.024 .
過程中所犯的錯誤
1)混藥 ~ 一次換水中加左antichlorine , blue-O 瓜左.不確定是因為混藥 or blue-O 頂唔順銅 ?
2)冇keep 多個星期 , 返FOT 后人字蝶 條尾又出現白點 .( 定話FOT 中仍有白點 ? )

覺得對療程中好大幫助係換水,每日50~100% 換水可能清左好多的白點.

唔係一個好成功的例子,希望可幫到大家避免一d我所犯下的錯誤 .

請問如果"吉"缸一個月可唔可以肯定已殺死細白點 (velvet)呢?

if ICH yes. velvet i can not find the detail life cycle . so can not confirm to u.
but just thinking that velvet will generate / spread very fast. by this performance their life cycle should be faster than ICH. base on this logic the answer should be YES :)

PS : i think at "Hong " san post ( hypo + reef safe treatment .....)detail u can have a look. at this "Medical Care " area .had discuse about how long time will clear ICH. if high temperature the life cycle will be faster. so at the same time u can adjust the temperature to 30 degree. this will help. .
